For many trauma survivors, reconnecting with and healing our inner child can become an important part of healing. Often, younger parts of us still carry unmet needs, fear, shame, loneliness, grief, creativity, joy, and survival responses that never had space to be safely seen.
This challenge is NOT about forcing painful memories or overwhelming yourself.
It is about creating small, safe, compassionate moments of connection.
