Scarf w/loop to match the bucket hat
When I tried making the bucket hat, that’s all I wanted to do with the yarn. Then I asked myself, what do I do with the remaining yarn? I answered myself, just make a scarf, length will be whatever you have left. I used waste yarn at one end and left the other that I would just pull it close and tie it off. The scarf was made prior to my joining the group and starting the classes. So when I finally got to the video on making the Loop Scarf, I said “Oh no, I don’t have any yarn to make the loop 🥴.” I have several different shades of taupe, rust, light brown, but none of them worked. Now I had my excuse for another online shopping trip at Michael’s. Since I had received so many compliments on this color yarn, I got the bundle, what I make next to be determined. Thank you for the Loop Scarf pattern in the classroom and the idea to accessorize with buttons. Whenever, I have clothes that are no longer wearable or even good enough for donations, I always save the buttons. Don’t remember what garment this button came from, but it seemed perfect! I have a stash of buttons too LOL!
