I just got notification that Michael’s is running their BOGO 50% off sale now!

So I had purchased the sentro and a piece to automate it because the first sentro I was using wasn’t working properly no matter what I did. I changed yarns and needles and speed and tensions etc and nothing was working. It was starting to get hot in NC so put away the yarn. When the new machine came I opened it, assembled and put in the closet. After watching the first set of videos, I used the yarn that came with the sentro and made my first hat for the season! The yarn was only 80 rows but that’s ok! It looks big enough to maybe fit my grandson who is only 3 and his favorite color is blue so it works! I did make it reversible and I will add the pompoms tomorrow as I order those and the buttons this morning. Thank you for this group and the trainings I think I understand better now about tension!

When I got home from work this afternoon my knitting machine and ichord maker were waiting for me outside the door. I have gotten as far as unpacking and setting up the CKM and I turned it on to see the front panel light up. I’m impressed with the quality of the machine and its alien vibe suits somehow. Still lots to learn and do for the first time. I’m excited to learn. The ichord maker will wait until I have the knitting machine going. It’s too late in the day to continue.
