@Julie Findleton You're so sweet and kind!! I currently don't have a small machine, just a 48 Sentro. But maybe when I am able to get a 22 and can make stuffies!

@Julie Findleton Thanks for trying! I may scrape up the money to buy a 22 soon! I really want to make stuffies but the 48 seems too big for most of the stuffies.

I've been a lifelong procraftinator... I would say I'm currently a recovering procraftinator... I have grand ideas, lots of materials to use, but terrible at following through to the finish. Or I have lots of materials, but not the right ones or maybe not enough of the right ones. So I start things and have a hard time finishing. For instance, when I was 17, I started crocheting a baby blanket for a woman whose little boy I babysat. She was pregnant and I wanted to make something nice for her new baby, who I also eventually babysat. I never gave it to her, because it never got finished until almost 6 years later when I was pregnant for my 2nd child. I used it for him. I fight the urge to start another project when I still have anywhere from 5 to 27 projects already started. I'm getting better. I now try to keep my projects and UFO's to less than 5. I sometimes wonder why I can't finish things in a timely manner, why I stall and take forever. Things I make for Christmas and birthdays I do better, because there is a deadline looming! But even then, I've been known to be late with the handmade gifts. My oldest grandson turned 17 in July 2024, I finished crocheting his King Sized blanket several months later in November. But yeah... not many realize that I'm a procraftinator... I guess I hide it most of the time. lol

@Lori Norris Oh, I know about hoarding! My dad was a hoarder, and my mom was a good balance for him. Reminded him when to get rid of things, and what things were important enough to save, or worthless enough to toss. I for sure KNOW I have his tendencies! I very easily could become a hoarder. I was well on my way to that at one point in time. But my mom (who was still alive at that time) helped remind me. And even though she's been gone almost 18 years, I still hear her reminding me in her loving way. She didn't nag or anything, but she had a way about her. I keep my "hoard" to a minimum now... only a couple totes extra, not filling up my home.
Snap Clips are useful for knitting
So that your wool remains in ball even when you use it and take the strand through the center. A Snap Clip hair or a barrette is perfect for that, See on the photos.

What a great idea! I have tons of these I used to put in my hair. Every time I'd lose a few, I'd buy more. Then of course I'd find the first ones! I probably have 40 or more! lol
