So I had purchased the sentro and a piece to automate it because the first sentro I was using wasn’t working properly no matter what I did. I changed yarns and needles and speed and tensions etc and nothing was working. It was starting to get hot in NC so put away the yarn. When the new machine came I opened it, assembled and put in the closet. After watching the first set of videos, I used the yarn that came with the sentro and made my first hat for the season! The yarn was only 80 rows but that’s ok! It looks big enough to maybe fit my grandson who is only 3 and his favorite color is blue so it works! I did make it reversible and I will add the pompoms tomorrow as I order those and the buttons this morning. Thank you for this group and the trainings I think I understand better now about tension!

Just finished this set tonight. I’m still not a fan of hand stitching 😂 never have been but the finished project is always so pretty.

Cozy slippers for Christmas

I meant to post these yesterday but never got around to it. My first ICord projects. Now that I have done them, I am thinking of revising my technique. But I learned a few things along the way for sure.

Made the scarf to go with the hat and fingerless gloves. While I like neutral colors, sometimes you need a pop of color!
