2yo Seizures
Hi all I have this case that has been concerning me about the lack of changes and am a bit unsure what more I can be doing. Ryan is 2yrs & 9month old boy who is having "attacks". We have had 2 lasting 30-40mins since he started care with us in November 2025. These attacks he is completely gone, still breathing but no response to pain, touch or anything. He has also had frequent ear infections and AB. Ive been adjusting cranials, sphenoid, everything I can find and to help stimulate the integration of his reflexes. He is gennerally with me quite docile although we are now starting to get more of his personality coming through now. He is now taking Iron daily. I've included the hx summary below would love any tips. CC:Ryan (19cm, 14Kg)has occasionally had seizures, the last two of which were severe. No epilepsy? This has been ruled out by EEG.They think it may be a pain attack or cessation of breathing. He had had three minor episodes before and had a consultation shortly after birth due to bleeding in the head. Epilepsy was suspected. He has outgrown it. From birth, bleeding on the head and consultations show epilepsy, which has been outgrown. And now occasional episodes. A total of 5 times now? Dr visit: Last appointment with GP was not feeling well, thinking it might be an ear infection. Last time in hospital, admission, examination for fainting spells. family hx: Cancer- lung paternal grandparents. Diabetes Type 1 Paternal other s/s: Ear infection, Recurrent fever, Skin rash, Seizures Physical Stressors: birth-hospital, epidural, planned vaginal birth, head 1st, vaccum. was in total 25hrs & 15 mins. born at 41w 6days weighing 3.6kg. Admitted to hospital on the second day after his birth. Two small haemorrhages were found in his head, causing him to have convulsions. He was given medication in hospital to rest his brain. He has not had any further convulsions. Chemical Stressors:Midazolam is voorgeschreven, 5 minuten in de aanval neusspray geven. was never breast fed

T1 paraplegic
Case: T1 paraplegic M age 59 Motorbike accident in 2011 Coma 7wks, rehab 13 months hospital. Fracture C6 ( healed) T3 T4 ( remain damaged), multiple ribs, femur, pelvis, radius ulnar and right scapular. Many surgeries including multiple spinal surgery’s over the years since the accident. Main area of concern: he has radiating nerve pain into the left pectoral area, above the nipple line. Gets red and itchy and pain is unbearable at times. Pain medication doesn’t help. My treatment has been very low force and soft tissue focused. He remains in the chair and we really focus on his neck and upper thoracic. Using activator at c1 and c5, gentle holds and gentle distraction of cx spine ( *he notices the most difference when we do distraction) and soft tissue release of the traps, infra spinatus and some gentle diaphragm release. Since starting care his range of motion in his neck has increased drastically which has improved ability to drive, exercise and other daily activities. The nerve pain has decreased but does come back on a regular basis. His arm and shoulder movement pattern has improved and he reports being able to breathe deeper and not being as short of breath. He has also been able to lay on his back when in bed more - before it was too uncomfortable/ painful. He has been under care for 2 months noting good changes for the first 4-5 weeks. In the last couple of weeks he has been getting really bad migraines and dizziness which is completely new for him. I am wondering if I have the right approach to treatment or am I potentially overwhelming his nervous system ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated Thanks everyone

Intense onset of thoracolumbar pain
Hi Simon I had a client who came in with a sudden onset of extreme 15 out of 10 pain in the thoracic lumbar junction he can’t stand or walk well or at all I sent off XRAYS immediately and then he came back for the report that night on my investigation the x-ray seem normal no disc fractures or anything of that sort History Years of emotional pain and grief Bent over to pick up a dumbbell and back when pop Videos attached and photos Positive compression test positive decompression test for alleviate some pain Can’t move at all zero range of motion Treatment On his first visit, I did an occiput left which alleviate some pain instant instantly but then it came back and gentle interiors Trigger point therapy to his QLS and some movement After the care, he was definitely feeling a lot more pain, even though everything I did was really gentle And he couldn’t walk and left in the wheelchair He’s coming again today Wondering if there’s anything in particular you see on the XRAYS or the videos I’ve seen two cases like this before In the same areas with the same presentation Both of them were hard cases for me One guy I’ve been dealing with for years lots of pain medication and the only thing that fixed burn the nerve endings that helped to alleviate the pain a little bit The other was a similar case where on heaps of pain med’s and didn’t get enough results with us and left. This was about three years ago for each of them. If you have any questions, let me know appreciate all your help
