I have recently seen for an initial consultation a young mom that has had pins and needles as well as pain in her legs since her pregnancy 2 years before. She had a horse riding accident at 14 years old (horse stepped on her) and was bedridden for weeks and then using a wheelchair for a few weeks too. She's had back issues ever since. She does not remember exactly the type of injury she had at the time. She has been doing physio, including lumbar decompression for the past few months with no improvements. Any tips ? I will post her xrays in the comments

Hi guys, I have a 3-week-old with tongue tie and trouble latching on the right breast- natural birth, but a shoulder got stuck, and a vacuum was used. I have forgotten how do release tongue tie and also any other advice would be appraciated

Patient developed an eye twitch after drinking alcohol for 3 days- gets better with adjustments (relief from twitch for 2-3 days) and work through traps/ SCM and Ptryregoids. Any other tips would be awesome
