55 yo female on several medications for the past 12 months, with no change in her blood markers at her previous review. Since getting adjusted, her recent blood results are now within normal range, although she is still taking the same medications. From a safety perspective, how should we decrease these? She wants to come off them but her GP isn’t listening

45 y/o female who has come in with intense burning, numbness and tingling down the sagittal suture, into R temporalis, ear and lips, also into R arm and fingers. Worse in afternoon/evening. Onset 3 weeks after Ferinject infusion - initial hypophosphataemia that has since been balanced but the burning is still persisting. GP has given 75mg Lyrica to take ‘as needed’ - thoughts? Toggled L C1 today, checked & cleared spine rest of spine as per normal. I’ve got more information if needed. Some type of trigeminal neuralgia/ganglion involvement/irritation?? Other signs don’t point towards shingles… GP sent for MRI on Cx spine - Disc bulge c5-6? No report yet. I’m thinking this is more an incidental finding. What are your thoughts here? She’s back in on Monday. Further checks? Adjustments? Any labs I should consider? 🙏🏼

32 year old female, has never had a period before. Was told her uterus is underdeveloped but hasn’t been looked at any further. Anorexia and domestic violence around the age of 14. Would love more than anything to be able to carry a baby. MRI report is from 15 years ago.

13 yo boy, mum brought him in for posture and scoliosis check. Born without a right pectorial Muscle and has right arm smaller in length than L. Used to have seizures and stroke like symptoms but hasent had for 6 months. moebius syndrome aswell which is apparently a congential cranial nerve problem?? Never heard of it. Getting recent migraines aswell Any experience with cases similar to this?
