I have recently seen for an initial consultation a young mom that has had pins and needles as well as pain in her legs since her pregnancy 2 years before. She had a horse riding accident at 14 years old (horse stepped on her) and was bedridden for weeks and then using a wheelchair for a few weeks too. She's had back issues ever since. She does not remember exactly the type of injury she had at the time. She has been doing physio, including lumbar decompression for the past few months with no improvements. Any tips ? I have a 2 year old coming for regular adjustments since a few weeks. We got really good results with the gait (that's what mom was worried about). But I have noticed that his speech is not great, almost like a slurred speech. He is a mouth breather and has seen an ENT recently. They advised adenoids and tonsils surgery. I have worked on the sphenoid and palate a few times, I'm not sure what else I could work on to help. He might have a tongue tie but I am not sure how to confirm it. Any help will be appreciated, thank you !
