Toe walking pelvic primary
This is a sure sign of high cord tension. Best managed with adjustments especially to the sacrum and pelvis. In this case a classic S2 and hip ultrasound after the birth that was inconclusive. Crawling was assymetrical and Bottom Shuffle. Now walks with one pointed toe. Now has a learned gait pattern with no Calf tightness or hamstring tension.
Physiotherapy for 3 months has recommended Botox injection in the calf.
Adjustment plus ankle boots have incredibly high outcome rate. Parents are also doing the windscreen wiper horizontal walk retraining exercise I will add as a separate video. Adjustments schedule is 3x week 2 weeks then review. Video record progress every 3 days and boots to be worn all day every day, horizontal walk stretch with each diaper change 5 repetitions each side.
