Eye twitch
Patient developed an eye twitch after drinking alcohol for 3 days- gets better with adjustments (relief from twitch for 2-3 days) and work through traps/ SCM and Ptryregoids. Any other tips would be awesome

Great to capture these videos and explain to the clients that you have this clinical brains trust you want to share complex cases in to give them faster results. The twitch seems to be in the eye and much of the lower branches of trigeminal. Try sweep the ganglia under the zygomatic arch. Like this video.

Young woman - 2 years of pins and needles in legs
I have recently seen for an initial consultation a young mom that has had pins and needles as well as pain in her legs since her pregnancy 2 years before. She had a horse riding accident at 14 years old (horse stepped on her) and was bedridden for weeks and then using a wheelchair for a few weeks too. She's had back issues ever since. She does not remember exactly the type of injury she had at the time. She has been doing physio, including lumbar decompression for the past few months with no improvements. Any tips ? I will post her xrays in the comments

This is a great case and thanks for posting at @Manon Valerio because her spine looks relatively unremarkable in terms of that severity injury but that could be because she’s had a considerable amount of care. It’s worth communicating that to her that she has done a great job for having had such a significant injury. Regardless of whether she’s seen a physiotherapist or a chiropractor that professional has done a good job. Next step is to review the cause of the pins and needles in the legs and my first thought is that she has adhesions in both of her acetabular fossa’s so specific drop piece into those will release the gluteal compression on the sciatic nerve then it also appears that she has quite wide sacroiliac joints so probable pelvic instability there. So after adjusting the secretary act into the correct alignment you need to use a SIJ stabilising belt. Then finally she has kissing spinous processes at L5 and very exaggerated inter spinous space in the upper lumbar spine. So need to release the L5 with deep pressure into that which may very well reproduce the pins and needles into the legs. So the interesting mix in this case of hypo mobility in the acetabular and L5 with the hypermobility in the sacroiliac and upper lumbar creates the complex presentation. I hope that makes sense and then the icing on the cake is the fact that she has considerable bowel stasis on the x-ray and I working on the ganglia anteriorly you have a great opportunity to showcase the power of Chiropractic because it won’t just be the back and leg pain that gets affected but instead it will be her bowel function return when she didn’t even realise that something that Chiropractic could help with
It's working
Following up from my case where my client had more snoring post a sphenoid lift adjust. I was all prepared with the balloon exercises that Simon had suggested to help. Before I could even speak he said "I don't know what you are doing but its working! My snoring is gone completely". So this is my win for the week, trusting in the process even when I am unsure myself how to explain it, or reverse engineering what's happening.

2 year old and slurred speech
I have a 2 year old coming for regular adjustments since a few weeks. We got really good results with the gait (that's what mom was worried about). But I have noticed that his speech is not great, almost like a slurred speech. He is a mouth breather and has seen an ENT recently. They advised adenoids and tonsils surgery. I have worked on the sphenoid and palate a few times, I'm not sure what else I could work on to help. He might have a tongue tie but I am not sure how to confirm it. Any help will be appreciated, thank you !

Sounds like you are doing heaps right. Keeping the nervous system clear is what helps the brain function. Next step is to examine the chemical causes of subluxation. Ask the mother to do a food diary. Toxic food for kids is a real issue. It shocks me every time when I see what some people feed their kids.
