Stuck on full planche 😔
Guys I need help form someone who has mastered the full planche hold. I’ve been stuck at 4 sets of 3 seconds for a whole month. My routine is basically train it 3 times a week with a lower body session between each of the 3. 2 high intense focus and 1 low intense focus in between the 2. Been doing bodyweight hold 4 sets RPE 9 A pulling skill and then into another 4 sets of band assisted RPE 8. lastly after another pulling skill I do a dip hold raised into a proper adv tuck hold (hold 1-2 seconds) 4 sets of 6 reps (RPE 7) On the low intense day I do around RPE 7.5 to 8 of banded holds 4 set and pseudo planche push ups with extra lean (almost floating ) 4 sets of 7-8 easy reps. I don’t know what I may be missing, but I’m assuming it’s tuck planche push-ups that I need to add in on my low intense day between the two intense ones. But what do you planche professionals think?

Push skills
I want to learn all the push skills and I know it’s best to only focus on a small number of them at a time. Right now I’m increasing my HSPU reps to then move onto harder variations as well as training planche. One arm handstand is on my radar as well but that would probably be too much at the same time. Progress is a bit slow doing my HSPU and planche so would it be better to master HSPU combos and variations (90 degree, fingertip etc) and then practice planche or is it fine to do both at the same time. (Some advice on how oahs could fit into as well would be appreciated)
planche programming
For someone prioritizing planche, what would an actual week of training look like in your experience? Mainly interested in how you'd structure the planche work across the week, frequency, hard vs submaximal days, approximate sets/volume, and where you'd put full planche specific work like banded holds/attempts. An example week would be really helpful.
