Training program
Hey there, I really want to start calisthenics for a full-body workout at least 4 days a week, but I don't know where to begin—like which exercises to do first, and how many reps and sets. I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me build a workout program, thanks a lot.

@Mehmed Alendarov If doing Supersets don't go to max atleast leave 1 RIR and if u r a beginner do just pull ups and dips with 1-2 RIR

@Mehmed Alendarov Reps in reserve 1-2RIR means u have to leave 1-2 reps before failure

@Oleh Melnyk i haven't mastered the handstand when u get 1 out of 3 attempts in handstand u are ready to do HSPU if you have built strength required

What are you actually aiming for?
I want to look good while also feeling it and being able to move big weight in the gym, satisfying skills yk I know some people just want to be flexible though So what do you want to achieve? and why?
