90 degree hold a struggle
You gus I am here again and I want to ask you what is the issue of not being able to lean enough in the 90 degree hold because it feels impossible to have the right lean in it. I would appreciate every advice and some people say it is like an easy skill what I cant approve rn. Thanks you all !!!

You don't need to train it separately just get stronger at pseudo push ups it will help with 90° hold, planche and strength development.

@Marku Lino I wanted to do the 90° hold when I tried i wasn't even close when I started training planche and started doing PPPU I got better at the 90° hold And in PPPU increase the lean over time as u get strong
Front lever through Weighted Pull Ups
I want to ask your opinion if I for example train like strenght on Pull ups so 3-5 sets of Weighted Pull ups where you can do 3-5 Reps and add weight progressively does it build a strenght in the lats so you can at one point hold the front lever with very little specific training?

❤️ Why Do You Love Calisthenics?
Calisthenics is such a unique sport. For some, it's about mastering skills they once thought were impossible. For others, it's about becoming stronger, healthier, or proving something to themselves. It teaches patience, discipline, consistency, and the value of earning your progress. Everyone starts for a reason... but many of us stay for a completely different one. So here's today's question: If you could only give ONE reason why you pursue calisthenics, what would it be? Maybe it's: - The freedom of controlling your own body 🤸 - Becoming stronger, physically and mentally 💪 - The discipline it has built 🧠 - The amazing community ❤️ Or maybe it's something completely different. If you had to choose just one thing, what keeps you coming back to calisthenics? I'm looking forward to reading your answers! 👇
