Hi guys I am 85kg and 6 ft 1 and can do a 30 second advanced tuck lever. I really want to learn the front lever but everything I see online is for lighter people. I have a good understanding on the exercises to do however I am not sure how often I should be training and I feel like I should be progressing faster. Could anyone give me some advice on how I can achieve the front lever as a heavier athlete? Any help would be appreciated thank you.
