Pain in my middle finger
Hi guys! One week ago i trained V-sit - press to handstand, and i gripped the parallettes very tightly. Now i feel pain in my middle finger of my left hand when i grip bars, balls, parallettes. The pain is in the base of my finger. Did you guys have had it? What do you recommend to me?

it can happen. try to go easy on ur training for a while and see how ur finger feels. if its not that severe it should be back to normal soon

Front Lever Confusion
Hi guys I am 85kg and 6 ft 1 and can do a 30 second advanced tuck lever. I really want to learn the front lever but everything I see online is for lighter people. I have a good understanding on the exercises to do however I am not sure how often I should be training and I feel like I should be progressing faster. Could anyone give me some advice on how I can achieve the front lever as a heavier athlete? Any help would be appreciated thank you.

The training principl between a lighter guy and a heavier guy is the same.
