What’s your strongest & weakest area in calisthenics? 👀
Everyone has that ONE thing that comes naturally… and another that feels like an absolute struggle 🙃 For me, that’s one of the things that makes calisthenics so interesting and creates different styles. There is ALWAYS something you can improve and always something you can show off with. So let's see what everyone in here is working with: Strongest: ______ Weakest: ______ It could be anything like pushing, pulling, mobility, handstands, endurance, explosiveness, or any skill. Fill in the two blanks below 👇

🎵 What's your go-to training song?
Music can be a powerful performance booster. The right song can help you push harder, stay focused, and squeeze out those last few reps when you feel like giving up. Whether it's a heavy weighted session, skill practice, or conditioning, having the right playlist can make a huge difference. Personally, I know there are certain songs that instantly put me in the right mindset to train. Now I want to hear yours! 👇 🎧 What's your favorite song or playlist for calisthenics? Drop a Spotify link, YouTube playlist, or simply the name of your favorite track. You might help someone else find their next PR song! 🔥

Front lever through Weighted Pull Ups
I want to ask your opinion if I for example train like strenght on Pull ups so 3-5 sets of Weighted Pull ups where you can do 3-5 Reps and add weight progressively does it build a strenght in the lats so you can at one point hold the front lever with very little specific training?

It cab help but front lever training is optimal for gaining front lever
90 degree hold a struggle
You gus I am here again and I want to ask you what is the issue of not being able to lean enough in the 90 degree hold because it feels impossible to have the right lean in it. I would appreciate every advice and some people say it is like an easy skill what I cant approve rn. Thanks you all !!!

Broyou need to go way deeper than that
Don't debate an average person
Sometimes ppl come up to me and ask how im so fit. I just tell them yeah i just train a lot. Then they ask me about my diet. I reply, i just eat whatever i want. See the fact is, no matter how detailed explanation i give them, they don't give af. Theyll just look at me weird. So if u guys get asked like this from random ppl, just dont try to reply seriously 🤣🤣. It's purely a waste of time and energy.
