If you know already before a session how well recovered you are and how hard you can push your body. You have a much better chance of adjusting the intensity accordingly.🤌
A great way of doing this is with explosive reps. This can for example, be with pushups, dips, pullups or even mucle ups.
So during the warmup you do 1 set (Not of failure) but as explosive as possible. Depending on how fast you can do the reps and how it feels, you will get a good estimate of your potential for that session.
