Planche correct form?
Hey guys, I have an important question. I'm really unsure about my form. I've always been told that it's important to pull in your stomach and never go into a hollow back. Now someone told me that you just have to tilt/rotate your hip to get in the straddle like i do in the video, but now im in hollow back. Im kinda confused now how to train it correctly.
