Rotation-problem, one arm handstand
Can someone tell me pls how to not rotate in arm handstand? It happend every single time and i dont really know how to fix it or what i can do differently. Would be really helpful😌

Yo guys can you give me 3 basic tips for straddle planche from advanced tuck ?

- Practice the movement with resistent bands for muscle minds connection. Tuck to straddle, hip rotation in straddle position, etc - Straddle holds with band ~7 sec (ok to have bad form) - Build more shoulder strength(tuck planche pushups, lean planche pushups
No way i just did a full planche?!😍😍
I was just trying like every week my lean planche and today i just wanted to see what happens when i lift my legs up. Sadly i didnt record my first try. But 5 minutes later i tried another one. This one is on the video🤩 3 years ago i started learning this skill and it was always my dream. Today i fcking did it. Not that clean but i am so happy🥰 187cm/78kg

Strength building
I just wanted to know how can I improve mine strength with high speed. I can do 30 push-ups clean and 5 pull-ups and 10 dips but I'm struck at this level for about 1 month I can't push ahead so i hope i can get some tips to i crease mine strength.

Maybe try some weighted pull ups and dips with 10-15kg once per week. And yes more variations. Less resting etc. I really like the EMOM workout(every minute on the minute). For example do 5-7 dips on every new minute for 10 minutes. You can do it with pushups, pull ups or dips. And next week you can increase by one rep Helped me alot to increase my max reps
