Help with the front?
Hello, I have been training front lever for about a month maybe less with consistancy, and maybe a year ago even attempting it, where I was unsucsseful. Any tips on what to improve would mean a lot.
If you are interested I mostly train high reps more than skills, my max are 22+ pull ups, around 40dips and maybe 60 push ups (last time I was attempting my max was a year ago).
