Advice on structuring plan
Hey guys, what’s the best way to formulate a hybrid routine that combines Streetlifting (heavy weighted calisthenics), high-reps endurance, and standard gym/bodybuilding work (like incline bench press and machines)? I want to get stronger on my weighted basics, keep my high-reps conditioning, and use gym exercises for hypertrophy. How should I structure this?

@Orfeas Onasis Well this is for all one rep max (weighted): Muscle ups: 16kg Pull up: 30kg or 40kg havent tried in a while. Dips: 50kg For my max reps in one set: Muscle ups: 10 to 12 reps Pull ups: 23+ reps Dips: 50 reps Right now I was planning on competing in endurence type tournament and I find most fun in streetlifting. But my focus is on unlocking no dip mucle up, and 20kg muscle ups and my workouts are always focused on pull more than push and my pull is way stronger than push.

Help with the front?
Hello, I have been training front lever for about a month maybe less with consistancy, and maybe a year ago even attempting it, where I was unsucsseful. Any tips on what to improve would mean a lot. If you are interested I mostly train high reps more than skills, my max are 22+ pull ups, around 40dips and maybe 60 push ups (last time I was attempting my max was a year ago).

Thanks for tips, and I can do one really slow front lever negative, but then I feel like I start to lose control mostly in the arms, and I have feeling I can retract more even do feels like I cant idk. But still thanks a lot for tips.
How to fix "crack" in a shoulder
I have started streetlifting and a bit of a gym to improve in both aspects calisthenics and gym, but I have been hearing a lot of cracks in my shoulder when I warm up or as just doing incline bench or even pull ups. Any fix?
