Combining balance training and strength training
Hey Guys, let's sat that i have 2 trainings in a day First is balance so like one arm handstand and balance stuff this training lasts around 30-60 minutes
And then other training is only Planche and front lever. Is it better to do balance training in the morning and strength training in the afternoon or all in one session?
