Train according to your goals
I cannot emphasize this enough
People always thing "my training is good for X because Y"
But they're training most likely is always training to failure and using other bodybuilding aspects
So make to CLEAR what your goals are, write them down like 2025 goals
Most importantly:
How do you adapt your training to your goals?
For strength and skills I'd recommend periodizing your training (I talk about that in day 2)
For hypertrophy via weights and/or calisthenics bodybuilding style training is fine but program on deload once per 6-8 weeks (otherwise it's too late) and ensure you vary your rep ranges, volume and intensity (RPE)
