Advice please!
Following the planche program from phase 0, and I can do the knee raises and pushups to protraction, but cannot do wrist curls with my left wrist due to it recovering from an injury, it’s fine for everything else but for wrist curls was painful. Is there anything i could do instead, or just skip for now?
