Advice please!
Following the planche program from phase 0, and I can do the knee raises and pushups to protraction, but cannot do wrist curls with my left wrist due to it recovering from an injury, it’s fine for everything else but for wrist curls was painful. Is there anything i could do instead, or just skip for now?

I have a couple friends who workout and I meet some cool people in the gym almost everyday, it motivates me a ton to keep going as well Do you have any friends who workout?

@Orfeas Onasis ngl it’s kinda a bit random 😅 but i tend to do 55-65% of my max for as many sets as i can until i cant do a full set with proper form, on wednesdays and saturdays. Recently been doing more weighted things, currently doing 15% of bodyweight added on for 5 reps for as many sets as i can

I know everyone's gonna say pull ups hahaha, mines is close grip seated cable row, especially when I use the elbow down cue What's yours?

Well for calisthenics focus on the basics to start same as anyone, like pushups pullups dips, and if you want to be muscular then you would need to diet to cut weight. Thing is on a cut you will make slower progress, so you'd need to balance that. I'm not the best at how to do that though cause I've always been skinny
