Advice on structuring plan
Hey guys, what’s the best way to formulate a hybrid routine that combines Streetlifting (heavy weighted calisthenics), high-reps endurance, and standard gym/bodybuilding work (like incline bench press and machines)? I want to get stronger on my weighted basics, keep my high-reps conditioning, and use gym exercises for hypertrophy. How should I structure this?
