1-minute plank with my two kids
Form is far from perfect, but parenting has taught me that perfection is a fantasy. Hoping I can build it to 5 minutes!

🔥APRIL - 8 MIN CORE WORKOUT CHALLENGE
Hi Warriors! Real talk, Davinci Resolve is no joke. Spent way too long figuring out backwards counting timers... but hey, never stop learning! 😂 Shout out to @Robin Schnider for volunteering as Tribute.. Anyway...for April I've prepared the core workout challenge. Which is live! 🥳 Here's what you're getting into: ⏱ Duration: 8 minutes 💪 Work: 30 sec 🔄 Transition: 10 sec Exercises: 1. Shoulder Taps 2. Hollow Body Hold 3. Plank Start with as many rounds as you feel comfortable with and build from there. By the end of April, everyone who sticks with it will have a noticeably stronger core and what feels brutal today will start to feel easy. 🔥 I use this timer for my Interval Trainings: https://apps.apple.com/ch/app/interval-timer-tabata-timer/id406473568?l=de-DE Wishing you all a wonderful Sunday!
