FEBRUARY — Mobility & Joints Challenge
Hi warriors, This month, our focus is on becoming more mobile and flexible — so we can move better and feel better. Goal: Move better. Feel better. 👉 10 minutes of mobility — every day You can access the short mobility routine through the link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Waa3XpKueyvd3WZuXYtMTU35AmiadZhTD2u3PpqgIw8/edit?usp=sharing If you’re taking part in this challenge, feel free to share your starting mobility and — if you’d like — check in weekly to see your progress over time. Consistency over intensity. Saludos, Coach G

JANUARY — Consistency Challenge
Hi warriors, This month we’re kicking off the first challenge of the year and it’s a simple but powerful one. January Challenge: Consistency The goal is to move three times per week. That’s it. If you’re struggling to work out regularly — even once a week — I get it. Life happens. Energy is low. Motivation comes and goes. A workout doesn’t need to be: - 60 minutes - in a gym - perfect Do it where you feel comfortable.Start small. Even a 10-minute walk counts. The purpose of this challenge isn’t intensity it’s rewiring consistency and turning movement into a habit you can actually sustain. 👉 Intensity is optional. Consistency is not. Comment “IN” if you’re joining us this month. 🔁 How to Track the Challenge (Google Calendar) To make this habit stick, I highly recommend tracking it in Google Calendar: 1. Create a new event on the first day you’ll do the habit 2. Name it after the habit (e.g. “Training Session”) 3. Set it as a repeating event (3× per week) 4. Keep it realistic 5. Mark it as done when completed — don’t move it Seeing completed sessions builds momentum. 🗓️ Example — January Consistency Challenge Event name: Training Session Repeat: 3× per week Duration: 45–60 min Reminder: 30 min before Your only job: show up. ‼️ PS: Don’t forget — tomorrow is the welcome call for new joiners! Saludos, Coach George

You can change one thing for good within the next 30 days
Hey warriors, I hope you’re still moving a bit between Christmas and New Year. No beast mode required 😂 but some movement helps… let’s say… manage the holiday reserves. Now to the point 👇 We all love setting big goals for the new year. And we all know how that usually ends: overwhelmed, frustrated, back to old habits. So here’s a different idea:What if you committed to just ONE change for 30 days? One habit. One focus.Low pressure, high consistency. If you haven’t read Atomic Habits yet, I highly recommend it. It explains really well how small, focused actions compound — and why doing less (but consistently) often wins. Alright, enough preaching 😄 Stay safe, enjoy the days… and see you tomorrow?! 🥳 👇 Your turn: If you had to pick one thing for the next 30 days what would it be? It can be as little as going for a walk for 10 minutes every day. Or reading for 10 minutes everyday. Saludos, Coach G A funny clip from Christmas with my sister 🤣

Video Game + Fitness
I have always wanted to try a 2 week challenge where I only try working out with video games. There are VR games or Dancing Games like DDR and Just Dance that I played a lot as a kid. I also know the Switch has some options there to. I never committed to it as that is a lot of money to purchase it. But it got me thinking. Has anyone tried using video games to get in shape or to help them with their fitness?
