Travelling was no excuse to slack off
Still going strong with the pull up challenge. I was lucky enough to find this amazing spot by the beach in Singapore with a pull-up bar. Managed to get two sessions of 50 pull ups + 100 push ups. I didn't fast in the trip since hotel breakfast was not great. First day I ate 9 boiled eggs and some fruits. Slowly the number of eggs declined and by the last and fifth day, I could only stomach 5. But I walked a lot and exercised and had a great time with my son, so overall pretty happy about it. Last photo is of my meal today.

@George Santos thanks! Yeah he climbs a lot in the bars, our favorite is still top rope. Recently he got an interest in pullups and I'm assisting him, but I feel his workout is way tougher than mine (climbing up, hanging, etc.)

Hi Warriors! Last week I was seriously productive and I can’t wait to share it with you. 🔥 Three new YouTube videos are on their way: 💪 0–100 Pull-Up Progressions 🤸 Handstand Tutorial for Complete Beginners 🔥 8-Minute Follow-Along Core Workout In the meantime here’s a little compilation from today’s training. Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with today’s performance. But I’m just happy to be moving and doing things that once seemed impossible. 😮‍💨 And honestly that’s what it’s all about. Now I want to hear from you! 👇 How was your week? Any wins or setbacks to share? Drop it in the comments, every update counts. We’re all in this together. 🤝 Saludos, Coach G #gogetit #youcantoo #progressnotperfection

Went on a trip to renew my passport with my son to Singapore and we walked 15k steps every day, plus I kept my 50 pulls + 100 pushups routine. Sleep was also pretty good too, it was nice to be at a hotel and not have to worry about my usual stuff. BTW your workout is impressive George 👏
🔥APRIL - 8 MIN CORE WORKOUT CHALLENGE
Hi Warriors! Real talk, Davinci Resolve is no joke. Spent way too long figuring out backwards counting timers... but hey, never stop learning! 😂 Shout out to @Robin Schnider for volunteering as Tribute.. Anyway...for April I've prepared the core workout challenge. Which is live! 🥳 Here's what you're getting into: ⏱ Duration: 8 minutes 💪 Work: 30 sec 🔄 Transition: 10 sec Exercises: 1. Shoulder Taps 2. Hollow Body Hold 3. Plank Start with as many rounds as you feel comfortable with and build from there. By the end of April, everyone who sticks with it will have a noticeably stronger core and what feels brutal today will start to feel easy. 🔥 I use this timer for my Interval Trainings: https://apps.apple.com/ch/app/interval-timer-tabata-timer/id406473568?l=de-DE Wishing you all a wonderful Sunday! 💪🏽The Pull Up Challenge - RECAP
Hi Warriors! March is almost over and the results are already speaking for themselves! 💪 Shoutout to Ana, who went from 1 pull-up to 6 by following the structured plan inside the challenge post. That's the kind of progress that happens when you show up consistently. 🔥 If you're still working on your first pull-up or looking to add more reps, it's not too late head over here: 👉 https://www.skool.com/calisthenics-made-easy-8541/march-pull-up-challenge Up next: the April challenge will focus on core work building the foundation you'll need for what's coming after: the Handstand. 🤸 And if you've seen improvements too in pull-ups or anything else drop it in the comments. Every win counts and deserves to be celebrated. We're all putting in the work. 🙌 Until next time! Saludos, Coach G

Loving the challenge, today I only slept 4 hours (my daughter was bitten by mosquitoes and I spent a while hunting them) but got my 50 reps in. Didn't really feel too hard, just rested more between reps. Obv not ideal but as I have a flexible job, I'll recover the sleep tomorrow (some days I sleep 12 hours). What I can tell is that I can devour eggs and minced meat like a madman now. I'm up around 2kg of muscle which is awesome, it's very noticeable. I think I ate 12 eggs today. Boiled a million more so I can keep the lifts going (my wife and kids help me, so those eggs don't really last too long).

Yesterday I took your advice @George Santos and kept the rest time short (1-2min) between my 50 pullups and 100 pushups. I felt *PUMPED* it was awesome! Thanks man! Other than exercise, recently I've upped my animal food intake (meat, eggs, cheese, butter) significantly while still fasting and results really show. The other photo is from me two years ago.
