Real talk, Davinci Resolve is no joke. Spent way too long figuring out backwards counting timers... but hey, never stop learning! 😂 Shout out to for volunteering as Tribute.. Anyway...for April I've prepared the core workout challenge. Which is live! 🥳
Here's what you're getting into:
⏱ Duration: 8 minutes
💪 Work: 30 sec
🔄 Transition: 10 sec
Exercises:
1. Shoulder Taps
2. Hollow Body Hold
3. Plank
Start with as many rounds as you feel comfortable with and build from there. By the end of April, everyone who sticks with it will have a noticeably stronger core and what feels brutal today will start to feel easy. 🔥
