Work pressure hits. Family needs more of you. You're tired. And the gym becomes the first thing you cut.
I get it. I've been there. But here's what I've learned after 45 years of training, the days you don't want to show up are exactly the days you need to.
That consistency is the standard. Not the motivation. The standard.
At the end of the day, the men in this community didn't get here by going easy on themselves when things got tough.
