Adjustable Dumbells
I’m using a set of NordicTrack adjustable dumbells, 5 to 55 lbs in 2.5 lb increments, they are excellent and a huge space saver, perfect for a home gym.

Mixing volume and training to failure, after 30 yr layoff
For what it's worth concerning injury avoidance and volume I've done this to regain without injury Workout 3x week, 2-3 sets per exercise, full body, 45 min/day Mon 30 reps 50%lbs of Friday's weight Wed 20 reps 75%lbs of Friday's weight Fri 8-12 reps to muscular failure with 0-1 RIR When I can do more than 13 on day 3 I add 5% more weight to that exercise and adjust weight % for next week. I found it was a great way to progress and still recover decently.

I never heard of a split like that but it sounds pretty cool, I like it
Bicep finishing exercise
Hey guys, I was watching a man on YouTube today. He was finishing his dumbbell bicep session with two exercises to get more time under tension. He took two 15 pound dumbbells He did bicep curls for one minute nonstop. He took a two minute break and then did hammer curls with the same weight for another minute. Have any of you ever tried that? I’m going to do it tonight and see how it works for me. Hi Keith, have you ever tried that?

You should definitely get a good pump
Correction
Hey guys, I just got done with Keith’s build big arms with me follow along session. What a pump!!! My wife was watching me when I did the tricep kickbacks, she said I wasn’t doing it correctly like Keith was doing it. I was going up too high, so I changed and I just went back straight with my arm and what a difference guys!!!

I do kick backs all the time but I use a low pulley and that gives me constant tension and a great pump

@Dan Weller another great way to do kick backs is with a resistance band and a door anchor, it works better than dumbbells in my opinion
Supersets
Hey guys. I was watching Keith do supersets for his chest. I really like that routine, I am going to start doing that. I just bought a pair of 20lb dumbbells

@Paul Farnbach I have a lat pulldown machine from IRONMASTER which excepts both plates or dumbbells and it is a very high quality machine
