Arm day
Just finished Keith's build big arms. Awesome workout. Only modification I made is for final tricep I did a press down, drop set. Totally pumped. Thanks Keith. The thing I would add to this workout is doing a set of 12 body weight squats or light goblet squats between each set. That gives you almost 200 reps throughout workout. I like it to keep heart rate up and good stretch.

Saturday's Free Group Call
Saturday's call is still on my mind - and I want to say something. Thank you. Genuinely. I'll be honest with you — I wasn't sure what to expect on the first call. But the quality of the guys in that room reminded me why I'm so passionate about this. We talked about training smarter, not working with ego, understanding what your body actually needs at this stage of life. If you have questions that came up after the call - things you didn't get to ask, things that have been sitting with you since Saturday - drop them below. I'll get to them this week. Now - I want to tell you about what's coming next. We're doing a second call. And this one is different. It's for premium members only. Small group. Very small. That's intentional. The first call was an introduction - broad, open, for everyone. This next one is a conversation. Smaller room means more time per person, more specific answers, more depth. Couldn't get audio to work on my end but wonder your thaughts on sourdough and it's low glycemic value in our diets. I think it's a great part of mine in moderation of course.

Yeah I'm really into baking my own
Weeeeeee
1st day back after 6 long weeks restricted. Started with Keith's upper chest giant set. 4 sets, 16 reps, 4 position bench angle, weight 10, 12,12,12 lbs. Feels great. Then a 30 minute interval run on treadmill. Such a great 1st day back and thanks to Kieth
Gained weight and I am done
I was in good shape 2 years ago, went into a depression and turned to alcohol. As we know that doesn't help depression in anyway. I packed on 60 pounds and February 26th rolled around and I threw my hands in the air and told myself enough is enough. I started training going to the gym 4-5 times a week and hoping for change. I go through some discouragement because I am not seeing any change on the scale and only slightly in my physique. But I remind myself it takes time. Sorry about this long post.

All it takes is 1 good day saying I'm ready for a change and that starts the journey. You got this man.
