Fell in love with this on first sniff. It is Dua's take in Alghabra's Cuban Tobacco, which I will in a short bit to do a side by side. This is very similar to Dior Tobacolor, which I did a full wearing of a few weeks ago.

I’ve covered Dior Privée, Chanel Les Exclusifs, Guerlain L’Art & La Matière and YSL’s luxury collection, so Giorgio Armani Privé was overdue. Armani Privé is Armani’s haute-parfumerie collection—basically the fragrance equivalent of the couture side of the house. Armani describes the concept as taking individual materials and treating them almost like luxury fabrics: simple on the surface, but polished and carefully composed. And I think that description fits the line pretty well. This is not a collection that normally tries to beat you over the head with complexity. Armani Privé tends to be smooth, elegant, refined, and extremely wearable. Even when they use oud, leather, incense or darker woods, there is still that Armani cleanliness running through it. The current collection is divided into different families, and they really do have different personalities. Les Eaux is the lighter, fresher side with fragrances such as Thé Yulong, Vétiver d’Hiver, Orange Méditerranée and Iris Bleu. Les Mille et Une Nuits is the darker Middle Eastern-inspired side, including Oud Royal and Cuir Nu. Then Les Terres Précieuses offers fragrances such as Bleu Lazuli, Indigo Tanzanite, Rouge Malachite, Vert Malachite, Noir Kogane, and Blanc Kogane. For me, this is where Armani Privé gets interesting because there really is something for almost every type of fragrance wearer. Thé Yulong is probably one of the easiest places to start. Tea, citrus, woods—clean, sophisticated, and extremely wearable. It isn't trying to be the loudest fragrance in the room. It just smells expensive. Vétiver d’Hiver is another one that appeals to me because I like fresh fragrances that don't automatically turn into another generic blue fragrance. Armani classifies it as citrus-woody, and it fits the cleaner, understated side of the collection. Iris Bleu is interesting because Armani takes iris in a fresher direction with aquatic touches, white musk and green jasmine instead of turning it into the heavier lipstick-style iris people often expect.
