Wearing YSL Y Le Parfum today — the older batch I somehow managed to grab.
Right off the bat, I got that crisp sweetness from the green apple, but it’s not sugary — more like that bright “just-bitten” apple scent mixed with something clean and fresh. As it’s drying down, the lavender and sage are coming forward, giving it that aromatic, polished vibe, and I’m starting to catch those deeper tonka bean undertones.
I’m realizing that the apple isn’t the only thing adding sweetness here — the tonka and a touch of grapefruit really round it out beautifully.
Anyone else still reach for Y Le Parfum when they want something that walks the line between fresh and seductive?
