SOTD: Amber Oud Tobacco Edition by Al Haramain 07/10/2025

Fell in love with this one the minute I smelled it. An amber spicy fragrance with a prominent tobacco note, balanced with both sweet & warm accords. Its a very close fragrance to Tobacco Vanille by Tom Ford, and I mean very close. But at a fraction of the cost.

The opening is a burst of warmth and spice, featuring tobacco leaf, cinnamon, black pepper & ginger. This creates an inviting & bold initial impression. As the fragrance develops, it reveals a rich, complex heart with vanilla, cloves, star anise, cacao, tonka bean & ncense. This blend offers a creamy, slightly gourmand sweetness with a smokey armromatic spice. The dry down settles into a comforting,long-lasting blend of tobacco, dried fruit & woody notes.

So first of all WTF is the oud? Or the Amber for that matter. What you do have is a lightly spiced tobacco fragrance. Thankfully I like this & the fragrance is rather enjoyable. Performance is to be simply put, Beast Mode. This still will lasy literally all day long. It's a scent that will get you noticed and leave a lingering trail.
