I am slowly starting my transition from Summer to fall but the swings in daily temperatures are a challenge. Unfortunately, one of my favorites that I wore a couple of times recently is not available on Parfumo, so I had to stick in a separate screen grab.
My favorites of the past two weeks are Paraiso Perdido (by Hop Atelier aka Mike Payne) and Sacred Bond by Reinvented. Below are the Perfumer's notes on Paraiso Perdido:
"Sweet Orange oil from an Italian citrus farm that has produced some of perfumery’s finest citrus’ since before Aimé Guerlain created Jicky, is paired with CO2-extracted Caribbean rum and pineapple ketone isolates to build the opening. French Carrot Seed Oil, creamy lactones, and clove extend that structure into the heart. Ionones, the white biotech material Clearwood®, and an extremely rare Orris Root Absolute from Grasse, form the core and shape the transition, along with the lactones, into the iris and peach facets. In the base, Tonka Bean Absolute from Brazil is balanced by an amber accord built from Bourbon Vanilla Absolute, Peru Balsam, Benzoin Siam, Spanish Labdanum, sustainably sourced Dominican Amyris, and English Oakwood Absolute, rounding out the fragrance profile."
