Kicking it off, a new house intro! Let me introduce you to a frag buddy of mines new house: Third Eye Fragrance Company. Third Eye Fragrance Co. is a new independent niche perfume house, launched in September 2025, focusing on high-quality fragrances that blend familiarity with bold, personal expression. Drawing from the “third eye” concept of inner aura and individuality, the scents emphasize artistry over mass production, using rich naturals and aromatic compounds. The house debuted in September with a single release, Red Rum, but has two more slated for imminent drops in October and November. Prices are set at $120 for 50ml EDP, available via their site (thirdeyefragranceco.com). 20ml and sample sizes are also available.

Here’s the current lineup:

1. Red Rum (Unisex EDP, Launched September 2025)

• Profile: Dark, boozy gourmand with fruity-floral edges. Think sultry speakeasy vibes, bridging designer accessibility and niche depth.

Notes:

• Top: Black cherry, spiced rum, davana

• Heart: Plum, tobacco, tonka bean

• Base: Amber, oak, French vanilla

• Performance: 6+ hours longevity, solid projection, moderate sillage.

• Vibe: this has a sexy cherry-plum juiciness that shines without cloying and dries down into a soft plum tobacco. If this were released by any larger house it would be an absolute smash hit for the fall and winter. I have a sample with a 50ml bottle on the way.

2. Flamango (Unisex EDP, Preorder October 2025)

• Profile: Vibrant, green, juicy; the essence of Florida. This is a bright citrus with exotic fruits, ocean vibes, and sun-drenched woods. Weightless, not heavy or cloying, with above-average longevity.

Notes:

• Top: Pink grapefruit, Florida orange, sun-ripened mango, passion fruit, lemon, ginger, fresh ocean air.

• Heart: Neroli, orange flower, hint of ylang-ylang—green, woody, light, not soapy.

• Base: Salty amber, sandalwood, cedarwood, treemoss.

• Vibe: Bold, fresh, slightly wild; citrus in high definition, perfect for summertime and sunny days.

3. Iris Obsidian (Unisex EDP, Upcoming November 2025)

• Profile: Dark, mischievous, seductive. This is a scent that demands obsession. Luscious florals rise from silky, smoldering darkness.

Notes:

• Top: Pink and black pepper, violet, citrus, elemi resin

• Heart: Modern leather, saffron, incense, orris root

• Base: Smoky bourbon vanilla, dry leaf tobacco, leather

• Vibe: Bold, elegant, addictive; unforgettable for evening wear. Early previews call it “hauntingly beautiful.”
