  • Gaia: What is one way you can put yourself first today? Perhaps this might be eating your meals on time? Because I know that’s a challenge for your body type.
  • Athena: Slow down and notice your portion sizes today. Perhaps that looks like stress management, because I know you tend to look calm on the outside, but you internalize your stress so what are you doing to manage your stress today?
  • Sonic: Add protein before reaching for caffeine. And maybe that looks like taking some downtime and slowing down and taking a break because I know you work too hard and rarely rest.
