@Sue-Anne Hickey Love the book! Such a good reminder. I think we underestimate how powerful “small” is. Small done daily is basically compound interest for the body 📈 My habit this week: protein first, movement daily, and less negotiating with myself 😅
@Sue-Anne Hickey it’s more about prioritizing work, emails, laundry..which are all very important over my fitness routine.
