Just eating healthy is my number one priority at this moment!!!!! My allergies are acting up so I don't feel like doing to much. It is still hot here but I have been out walking my sister's dog everyday.

I am down 10 pounds!!!! Hopefully!!!! Today I had a healthy breakfast and a healthy lunch. Slow and steady.And I love the meditation !!!!!It is a geat help these past few days.
