My goal this week is to move my body six days out of seven. Lately I’ve been in front of the computer for way too long amounts of time so I’m determined to get moving almost every day. I have two Pilates classes I’ve signed up for, Monday and Wednesday, Tuesdayand Thursday will be either a walk or a bike ride, Friday is kayaking with some girlfriends, and hopefully a swim and or kayaking on the weekend.
