Hello again, beautiful minds! Hope you are all enjoying this week's Micro-Challenge โ€“ Itโ€™s certainly been fascinating to read your reflections throughout these first two days. Really appreciate how youโ€™ve all been showing up โ€“ both for the practice, but more importantly, for yourself.๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ The busy workday got the best of me yesterday, and resulted in me taking my 10 minutes a bit later than usual โ€“ which in turn proved to me how even just a short pause in the middle of everything can shift the rest of the day โ€“ a break I definitely needed๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ With that said.. Excited for Day 3! ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ“Your daily reminder to set aside your 10-minute space of stillness โ€“ whenever that is for you.. Carve it out, and make it yours intentionally.๐Ÿ™‚ Eyes closed. Breathing easy. Greetings, fellow visionaries! Hope your week so far has been impacted by the Weekly Challenge, and you are starting to feel the benefits of the calm and quiet moments? ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ It definitely has for me, and has really highlighted the importance of these breaks, which I gratefully have made a non-negotiable in my day.๐ŸŒŸ Few take these breaks often enough, and perhaps now, by having done so the last couple of days, you will not only start to notice your mind speaking differently, but also your body โ€“ now that we have slowed down just enough to hear..?๐Ÿซ€ โžก๏ธ And that brings us to todayโ€™s reminder, and Day 4๏ธโƒฃ of this Mindfulness & Meditation challenge.๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ ๐Ÿ“Reminder to claim your 10-minute pocket of stillness, with no distractions. No multitasking. Just you taking an intentional break from everything.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ In the morning, as a midday reset, or ending the day off right before bed โ€“ carve it out and stick to it.๐Ÿ™‚ โ†’ Eyes closed. Body relaxed. Breathing softly. โ†’ Let the day fade into the background. โ†’ Let yourself disappear in the present.. Good evening beautiful people โ€“ we've arrived at the Friday, The weekend and Day 5๏ธโƒฃ of this Week's Micro-Challenge. ๐ŸŒŸ Hopefully by now you're starting to really feel the impact of rhythm of the daily pauses beginning to weave itself into your life in a beneficial way๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ Once again today, here's your daily reminder and prompt for today's Mindfulness and Meditation! ๐Ÿ“Claim your 10 minutes. Wherever you find that pocket for the gift of presence.. โ†’ Closing your eyes. Relaxing your body. Taking a deep breath. โ†’ Letting your body sink and your mind roam. โ†’ Simply be here, with nowhere else to go.
