📍Claim your 10 minutes. Wherever you find that pocket for the gift of presence..
→ Closing your eyes. Relaxing your body. Taking a deep breath.
→ Letting your body sink and your mind roam.
→ Simply be here, with nowhere else to go.

The ones circling. The ones returning.
What are they trying to tell you, if anything? 💭
Don’t try to fight or analyze them. Just notice them and create a space for them. Let them move... Because maybe, if you stay with them long enough… they’ll quiet down.🕊️
Often its behind what we suppress and fight, that we find the clarity and peace we are looking for. Not by avoiding, but by accepting. 🙌🏼
