Hope you are all enjoying this week's Micro-Challenge – It’s certainly been fascinating to read your reflections throughout these first two days. Really appreciate how you’ve all been showing up – both for the practice, but more importantly, for yourself.🙌🏼
The busy workday got the best of me yesterday, and resulted in me taking my 10 minutes a bit later than usual – which in turn proved to me how even just a short pause in the middle of everything can shift the rest of the day – a break I definitely needed🕊️
With that said.. Excited for Day 3! 😀
📍Your daily reminder to set aside your 10-minute space of stillness – whenever that is for you.. Carve it out, and make it yours intentionally.🙂
Eyes closed. Breathing easy. No pressure, no goal – just presence.
→ Just immerse yourself in the moment and be present with yourself.
→ Open your mind and let the thoughts rise and pass,
→ Let your breath be your grounding,
→ And if it feels natural, turn your attention toward today’s prompt… ⬇️
𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘥 ‘𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩’ 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶? 💭
Try to feel it in your body. And when you feel the presence, try to envision a moment that looks like how you feel? What does a moment of "enoughness" look like in your mind? (This moment counts).🙌🏼
Let it be what it is. No need to analyze it or think why you thought how you did. Just be with it. Then return. 🔁
