Day 4️⃣ Of The Mindfulness Meditation Weekly Micro-Challenge 🧘
Greetings, fellow visionaries! Hope your week so far has been impacted by the Weekly Challenge, and you are starting to feel the benefits of the calm and quiet moments? 🙌🏼 It definitely has for me, and has really highlighted the importance of these breaks, which I gratefully have made a non-negotiable in my day.🌟 Few take these breaks often enough, and perhaps now, by having done so the last couple of days, you will not only start to notice your mind speaking differently, but also your body – now that we have slowed down just enough to hear..?🫀 ➡️ And that brings us to today’s reminder, and Day 4️⃣ of this Mindfulness & Meditation challenge.🕊️ 📍Reminder to claim your 10-minute pocket of stillness, with no distractions. No multitasking. Just you taking an intentional break from everything.🙏🏼 In the morning, as a midday reset, or ending the day off right before bed – carve it out and stick to it.🙂 → Eyes closed. Body relaxed. Breathing softly. → Let the day fade into the background. → Let yourself disappear in the present.. And when it feels natural, bring your awareness to today’s prompt…⬇️ 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺? 𝘐𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘴 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘥𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯?
