The sessions are short (less than 10 minutes), beginner-friendly, and designed to help you restore your movement foundations one step at a time. They're also a great way to build consistency—and yes, every Kickstart session counts toward the Monthly Sessions Challenge. 🌟 The Comeback Foundations Starts Tuesday, July 14th I'm incredibly excited to guide this first group through the program and help them rebuild the foundations for better movement, greater confidence, and long-term strength and resilience. Because every quality session is another step toward feeling better, moving better, and becoming more capable for years to come. Consistency beats intensity every time. 🎯 July Goal 👉 Complete 12 sessions this month (about 3 per week). Let's see how many sessions we can accumulate together as a community! Today we explored one of the most important movement foundations: breathing, alignment, and core function. As you practiced, remember that this wasn't just an exercise—it was also an assessment. What did you notice? • Did the breathing feel natural or challenging? • Did you notice tension anywhere? • Was it difficult to maintain the position? • Did anything surprise you? There are no right or wrong answers. The goal is simply to become more aware of how your body is currently functioning.
