“Getting Back to YOU” Challenge is officially ON! 🎉
It’s September — time to hit reset and start feeling like YOU again. Here’s your Day 1 checklist (yes, it’s simple on purpose): - ✅ 3 balanced meals — just fuel your body well with color (vegetables or fruits), protein, and carbs! - ✅ 10 minutes of movement — walk, stretch, dance in your kitchen, whatever feels good. - ✅ 1 self-check — gratitude, breathwork, journaling, or simply pausing to breathe. Here’s how to earn points: - Complete all 3 actions each day AND post in this group that you did it → you get 1 point. You get 2 points if you post includes a picture! - The person with the most points at the end of the month will win a free personalized meal plan from me! 🙌 Your only goal today: show up for yourself once in each area. @Julie Brizard has been absolutely crushing the Getting Back to You challenge! I’m so proud of how consistent she’s been—hitting 12,000 steps, strength training, and yoga. Our bodies weren’t made to sit all day—we’re made to MOVE. 💪 On top of that, she’s been putting together beautifully balanced meals and getting so close to her protein goals.
