has been absolutely crushing the Getting Back to You challenge! I’m so proud of how consistent she’s been—hitting 12,000 steps, strength training, and yoga. Our bodies weren’t made to sit all day—we’re made to MOVE. 💪 On top of that, she’s been putting together beautifully balanced meals and getting so close to her protein goals. Fueling our bodies well keeps our tanks full, instead of running on empty.
