Instead of fixating on excuses, let’s look for solutions.
I went to the gym this morning in between client calls, just trying to squeeze in a solid workout. While I was there, I witnessed something that genuinely moved me. I was doing my weighted workout in the small apartment gym when a man walked in carrying the cutest baby boy—no more than six months old. Truly adorable. And in that moment, it clicked. This man was there to work out and take care of his baby. Sure enough, he laid out a play mat, set up a few toys, and started his workout. He moved through his exercises while his baby played beside him. When his son got fussy, he stopped to comfort him—then picked right back up where he left off. That was powerful to witness. Because maybe it wasn’t ideal. He had to carry down a play mat and toys. He had to interrupt his sets. Maybe he even had to push past a little embarrassment bringing a baby into the gym. But he was doing it. He was showing up for himself. This is what I like to call taking power over your situation. So as we focus on movement this week, let’s shift our mindset. Instead of fixating on the reasons holding us back from working out, let’s look for solutions. 💪 How can you move your body this week? 💪 What would that realistically look like for you? You don’t need perfect conditions—just the willingness to show up. I know you can.

First LIVE Coffee Chat ☕
The first live coffee chat just finished and I'm really starting to love the energy of just hopping on with no agenda or notes. 😂 My dream for this community is for it to be a space where women can feel hope, peace, and encouraged throughout their journey of bettering themselves and nourishing their body. I love the idea of having an open dialogue JUST for US to vibe, so I definitely want to make these coffee chats a regular thing - would that be something you'd like to see more of?
