I’ll start!! 👇 I recently had body composition testing done and found out I’m at 31% body fat — humbling, to say the least 😅 My current goal is fat loss, not chasing the scale. The number on the scale may change or it may not, so I’m focusing on body fat percentage instead. Health-wise, my labs (cholesterol + blood sugar) are in a good place 🙌 The only thing I’m working on improving is a vitamin D deficiency, which I’ve been supplementing and already seeing progress with.
