TONIGHT'S MASTERCLASS UPDATE
Hi everyone! Unfortunately this sinus infection has really gotten the better of me. 🤒 With my history of asthma, my coughing is insane right now and sometimes it is difficult for me to talk without coughing attacks. For that reason, I am not going LIVE tonight. Thank you to those that were planning on attending! However, I still want to provide valuable tips on managing stress eating before Thanksgiving, so I will provide a video recording exclusive to this community only that shares what I was going to originally share live tonight. So stay tuned for that!! 🥰
