What else do you do?
Just curious what else you guys do on top of calisthenics.
I enjoy hiking regularly and used to be a runner (planning on getting back into that again at some stage too). I did a bit of yoga before too coupled with meditation.
I am also doing a little skipping and shadowboxing these days too. And any time there is a chance to play a little soccer I am up for it.
