Back to the weights for legs, had to make some adjustments for squats because I can’t hold the bar yet so adapted to Zercher squats, which actually felt pretty solid considering.
Still working on getting more depth in the dragon squat.
Also took a video of the banded dragon flags. I’m doing these because I’m having trouble gripping with the finger still in the splint.
